We understand that creating high-level visual content for use in all promotional collateral, social media channels, advertising, and press is crucial in building brand awareness. On our Fam and media trips, we conceptualize a visual campaign and capture professional content that can be used for all marketing and social media needs on an ongoing basis, not just a one-off social media post.
We would love to propose designing a media-centric FAM trip for Alila Hotels in Bali to strategically focus on experiential weddings and travel trends of 2017. We will provide a 6-7 day transformational experience to the top wedding and travel influencers, combining: social media strategy, photography, and ultimately creating targeted press on all of our media channels.

Our team hand picks the guest list according to our specific media strategy, their influence and reach, and to make sure that you will attract the right clients to your property. Our visual media team would consist of Laura Grier the photographer, Joann Gregoli the photoshoot coordinator, our Bali fixer Kat Kelly who will assist in organizing the local models, Renee our main model/ make up and hair artist, and our chosen social media and wedding influencers based on our specific media strategy, their influence and reach, to make sure that you will attract the right clients to your property. In total there would probably be 12 people that would need hosting and about half of them will be local to Bali.

Creating a transformational experience on the most incredible day of your life, what destination weddings and honeymoons are all about:
Industry leaders are saying that “transformational travel” is the next evolution for 2017. It is similar to experiential travel, but taken a step further. Transformational travel is travel motivated, but defined by a shift in perspective, self-reflection and development, and a deeper communion with nature and culture. Today’s culture is device- and pace-driven. We are disconnecting from ourselves, our relationships, nature, and culture.
Instead of a typical FAM trip where you are just showcasing the property, or a traditional bridal photo shoot with gorgeous table scapes and dresses, we decided to create an interactive experience between the two. What if our model bride and groom were experiencing the FAM with us and all of the wedding influencers were guests at their intimate destination wedding at The Alila Hotels? What if you truly gave the wedding influencers the experience of actually being a guest for someone's destination wedding? And even a step further, why not link all of your Bali properties and the Phinisi Boat you have to create one fluid experience from the Wedding, to the couple's "getaway", to their honeymoon? People who come to the Alila for a destination wedding are also going to stay and explore Bali and be looking for a honeymoon destination, so why not create an all-inclusive interactive experience between all of your properties for them?
What we propose is that the "photo shoot" be an ongoing documentation with the couple and their "guests" throughout the experience of a wedding and honeymoon over 7 days. From the invitations that go out, to the welcome cocktails, to laying out by the pool, getting ready together in the spa on the wedding day, to the ceremony, and then sailing away on your private yacht to the next Alila property to their next honeymoon destination, all of this could be a virtual experience rather than just a static shoot or property tour.

example of our mobile itinerary:
Day 1- Our transformative wedding influencer FAM trip would begin with picking up our guests from the airport and transporting them to The Alila Hotel in Ubud. A welcome cocktail hour followed by dinner and mingling (The Rehearsal Dinner)
Day 2- Yoga, Breakfast, Pool time, then appointments at the spa "Getting Ready". A Late afternoon "Ceremony" into cocktails and dinner/reception at an alternate location on the property.
Day 3- Yoga, Breakfast, an off property excursion to get the "flavor" of Bali, a visit, sunset cocktails, and dinner and overnight at the Alila in Seminyak.
Day 4- Departure on the Purnama Yacht cruise for two days through the nearby Indonesian islands ending up at the Alila in Uluwatu for the "Honeymoon".
Day 5- Yoga, Breakfast, an off property Alila Journey to Ulu Watu sea temple, the afternoon to relax by the pool and enjoy the villas and in the evening experience a journey to romance at sunset for dinner.
Day 6- We will experience some of Alila's Bespoke journeys and guests will have a choice of journeying to beaches, exploring on bikes through villages, and journeying into themselves at the spa through Balinese nurturing
Day 7- Departures

Our prices typically start at $20,000 per property, but we would like to do a special rate for you including three of your properties and the Purnama at $17,000 plus travel for our international guests to design a custom FAM trip with access to all of our media services and outreach.
